With Every Breath by Valerie Chase
Expected publication: March 31st 2014
Age Group: New Adult
Series: Sea Swept #2
Summary:
Yasmin Alejo used to a plan: get into grad school, work her butt off, and become Dr. Alejo, PhD.
But then her sisters death shatters everything.
Heartbroken, Yasmin gets a job as a cruise ship photographer aboard the Radiant Star. She just wants some time to heal, but her infuriatingand annoyingly sexyboss wont give her any peace.
West Campbell used to care about more than money, but those days died along with his moms passing. Now he has only one goal: squeezing as much profit from the Radiant Stars photography department as he can, in order to win a prized corporate management job. He wont let anyone mess with thatespecially not the feisty and gorgeous Yasmin, who seems more interested in getting to know the passengers than selling them vacation packages.
As they sail across open waters, Yasmin and West will fight storms, seasickness, and each other, until they cant deny their connection any longer. Every tantalizing kiss will take their breaths away but if they cant get over the past, it might destroy their future.

Sea Swept Series:

Why am I waiting on it?

I LOVED Full Steam Ahead. Yasmin was the best friend in that story, and With Every Breath is her story. If the romance is half a great as Geogia and Jaces I know I will love it. Valerie does a great job writing exciting and engaging romance. I cant wait to check out the next book in the series!

Why am I waiting on it?

I <3 contemporaries, and this just seems like such a great one. It looks like it will be so much fun. I cant even begin to imagine what I would do if these private letters that I wrote venting about my exes found their way into their hands.

Why I am waiting on it?

This looks like just the kind of book that I will love. Road Trip anyone? I am totally in. This looks like a fun contemporary that is going to be sassy and great.

Side Note: I got the opportunity to go see That Awkward Moment at an early screening last night, and I thought it was AWESOME! I loved the cast chemistry. It was like a mixture of Love, Actually from a guys perspective plus a more romantic version of Hes Just not that into you.

Zac Efron's character designs book covers in new york. And there is a cute scene about how he tries to go against everything we have been taught by getting people to judge a book by its' cover. It was cute.  Each of the three main guys are hilarious. Just an all around awesome movie! It comes out in theaters on this Friday.

Dear Killer by Katherine Ewell
Hardcover, 368 pages
Expected publication: April 1st 2014 by Katherine Tegen Books

Summary:

Rule OneNothing is right, nothing is wrong.
Rule TwoBe careful.
Rule ThreeFight using your legs whenever possible, because theyre the strongest part of your body. Your arms are the weakest.
Rule FourHit to kill. The first blow should be the last, if at all possible.
Rule FiveThe letters are the law.
Kit takes her role as Londons notorious Perfect Killer seriously. The letters and cash that come to her via a secret mailbox are not a game; choosing who to kill is not an impulse decision. Every letter she receives begins with Dear Killer, and every time Kit murders, she leaves a letter with the dead body. Her moral nihilism and thus her murders are a way of lifethe only way of life she has ever known.
But when a letter appears in the mailbox that will have the power to topple Kits convictions as perfectly as she commits her murders, she must make a decision: follow the only rules she has ever known, or challenge Rule One, and go from there.
Katherine Ewells Dear Killer is a sinister psychological thriller that explores the thin line between good and evil, and the messiness of that inevitable moment when life contradicts everything you believe.

Hexed by Michelle Krys

Series: The Witch Hunter #1

Who wouldnt want to be her?
Then a guy dies right before her eyes. And the dusty old family Bible her mom is freakishly possessive of is stolen. But its when a frustratingly sexy stranger named Bishop enters Indies world that she learns her destiny involves a lot more than pom-poms and parties. If she doesnt get the Bible back, every witch on the planet will die. And thats seriously bad news for Indie, because according to Bishop, shes a witch too.

Why I am waiting on Hexed:
I havent read a good witch book in while now, and I think this series looks like it will be great! A fun high school book mixed with adventure and action and tons of magic! I just hate that I have to wait so long for it!

Ive decided to join in on this meme this year because I used to love it, and I think it is a good way to go visit some other blogs.

Uninvited by Sophie Jordan
(Uninvited #1)
Expected Publication: January 28, 2014 by Harper Teen
The Scarlet Letter meets Minority Report in bestselling author Sophie Jordan's chilling new novel about a teenage girl who is ostracized when her genetic test proves she's destined to become a murderer.
When Davy Hamilton's tests come back positive for Homicidal Tendency Syndrome (HTS)-aka the kill gene-she loses everything. Her boyfriend ditches her, her parents are scared of her, and she can forget about her bright future at Juilliard. Davy doesn't feel any different, but genes don't lie. One day she will kill someone.
Only Sean, a fellow HTS carrier, can relate to her new life. Davy wants to trust him; maybe he's not as dangerous as he seems. Or maybe Davy is just as deadly.
The first in a two-book series, Uninvited tackles intriguing questions about free will, identity, and human nature. Steeped in New York Times bestselling author Sophie Jordan's trademark mix of gripping action and breathless romance, this suspenseful tale is perfect for fans of James Patterson, Michelle Hodkin, and Lisa McMann.
